Despite the fact that the surgeries are carried out by top doctors with the help of the most modern medical equipment and technology, the body's reaction to the treatment is often unpredictable. Each person is different, therefore the post-operative treatment and development do not have the same course for everyone.
In addition to the post-operative checks, the price of the surgery includes a lifetime warranty on selected medical interventions. The result of the correction is permanent, and any other changes to the refractive power of the eye are exceptional, or the result of age-related or contingent changes in other eye structures (such as in the lens). If such a situation ever arises, we will assess the finding, and if another laser correction is a safe and reliable solution, our patients get it free of charge.
In some cases, however, it may happen that the effect is only temporary despite a faultless performance of the surgery. The result of the surgery is not stable despite the smooth progress, and another surgery is needed to achieve the desired state.
