Aesthetic procedures

– for a naturally beautiful look

Laser blepharoplasty

– eyelid correction using a laser

Laser blepharoplasty is a modern, precise procedure that removes excess skin and fat in the eyelid area using a laser beam. Thanks to its minimally invasive approach, the procedure is gentle, involves no significant bleeding and carries a minimal risk of complications.

Suitable for patients with:

  • Sagging upper eyelids
  • Bags and dark circles under the eyes
  • Loss of skin tone and elasticity around the eyes

The result is a fresh, youthful look without visible scars. Recovery takes only a few days.

Strabismus treatment

– correcting eye alignment

Strabismus (squint) is a condition in which the visual axes of the two eyes are not aligned in parallel. When looking at an object, one eye may deviate inwards towards the nose, outwards or vertically. The condition can be congenital or acquired later in life.

If left untreated, strabismus can lead to loss of binocular vision (depth perception), double vision and reduced visual acuity in the affected eye (amblyopia). The condition can also affect the patient's self-confidence and social life.

Lower eyelid plastic surgery

– rejuvenating the eyes and removing under-eye bags

Lower eyelid plastic surgery, also known as lower blepharoplasty, is an aesthetic procedure aimed at removing bags, puffiness, excess skin and a tired appearance in the area under the eyes. The procedure can make the face look fresher, younger and more rested, while the result remains natural and harmonious.

The result is a fresher, more rested and younger appearance without an exaggerated effect. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anaesthesia and the patient goes home afterwards.

Retinal laser photocoagulation

– precise laser treatment of the retina

Retinal laser photocoagulation is a specialised medical procedure that helps stabilise retinal diseases and prevent further damage to vision. At iClinic, it is performed with a modern NORLASE argon laser, which allows very precise, fast and gentle treatment of the affected areas of the retina.

The laser acts selectively, only where needed – it helps seal damaged blood vessels, strengthen the tissue and prevent the disease from progressing. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis, without the need for hospitalisation, and takes only a few minutes.

The aim of the procedure is to preserve the existing level of vision, stabilise the retina and prevent the disease from worsening, which could lead to permanent damage to vision.

Keratopigmentation

– medical reconstruction of the eye's natural appearance

Keratopigmentation is a modern microsurgical procedure in which a special pigment is applied into the layers of the cornea. Its aim is not a cosmetic change of eye colour, but a medical solution for cases where the cornea is opaque, clouded, scarred or aesthetically very different from the other eye.

The procedure helps restore a more natural appearance of the eye after injuries, inflammation or surgery, or where corneal damage has left permanent consequences. The pigment is applied only into the cornea and does not affect the iris or the retina; the main aim of the procedure is to improve the appearance of the affected eye and restore a more natural symmetry between the two eyes.

The result is a more natural-looking eye, better symmetry between the eyes and greater comfort for the patient in everyday life.
